Two paths. On lead mail, the assistant writes drafts and you decide what goes out. On work requests, you write to the assistant and it replies with the result.
This path starts in the business inbox you already use.

It reads that email with limited token access. Token access is the reading allowance for that message.
The assistant writes a reply draft and any attachments, and saves them in your inbox. It does not send the reply.
You send the draft, or you ask the assistant for revisions.
This is a separate channel from lead mail. You write to the assistant mailbox for your business.
You email the request to the assistant mailbox, an address like assistant@yourcompany.com.
It does the work and replies to you with the result.
